NEW WEEK - NEW THEME - NEW CENTERS!
We are so excited to journey into outer space next week! Here is a sneak peak at the upcoming week's centers. As usual, we will keep our favorites as well as adding in some theme-based centers!
Space Table- Our "Jungle Table" was a hit last week, so we have created an AWESOME "Space Table" this week! With stars, planets, and the moon- our kiddos will have rocket ships to play with to "travel through space"!
Moon Sand- In our sensory table this upcoming week, there will be MOON SAND! A simple combination of flour, baby oil, and glitter creates endless fun! There will be stars and planets in the moon sand for the ants to play with while exploring the textures of the moon sand.
Blocks- Blocks continue to be a big hit! They will stick around for our last week at camp. We will continue to encourage and model peer play among our ants when building together.
Books- As always, we want to continue to develop our literacy skills, so our book center will remain open for reading! Our kids love to sit together and look through a books as a nice quiet break during centers.
Kitchen- The kitchen center has facilitated a great amount of language and joint attention with peers. We could not imagine center time without it! Something's always cookin' in the Ants' room!
